Product Description
Lifecycle Status:
The TeSys U control and diagnostic unit is designed to be integrated into advanced power bases such as LUB120, LUB320, and LUB380, forming a comprehensive starter controller for 1-phase motor applications up to 2.2kW at 400V.
This control unit provides robust protection to motors with adjustable rated current from 3A to 12A, overload tripping class 10, short circuit protection at 13 times the maximum current, and overcurrent protection at 14.2 times the rated current. It also includes features such as phase loss detection and insulation fault protection (equipment only).
The unit offers a thermal overload alarm that can be used locally with a LUFDA module or remotely with a LULC module, along with a test push button for simulating overload conditions. It requires a 24V DC voltage for the control of the starter through its control terminals A1/A2 located in the power base.
Certified for use with LUB power bases (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), this product is also Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
