Lifecycle Status:
The TeSys U control unit is a versatile solution that can be integrated into advanced power bases such as LUB120, LUB320, and LUB380 to create a comprehensive starter controller. This unit is ideal for 3-phase motor applications with a maximum power of 5.5kW at 400V. It provides robust protection to motors with adjustable rated current from 3A to 12A, overload tripping class 20, and short circuit protection up to 13 times the maximum rated current. The unit also offers an overcurrent protection of 14.2 times the rated current, phase loss detection, and insulation fault protection (equipment protection only).
For enhanced safety, the TeSys U control unit includes a thermal overload alarm that can be used locally with a LUFDA module or remotely with a LULC module. It also features a test push button for simulating overload conditions. The unit operates on a voltage range of 110-240V AC/DC, making it suitable for various power bases.
This product is certified under IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, and Marine standards when used with a LUB power base. It is also compliant with Green Premium standards (RoHS/REACh).
