The SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM240-2 is designed to provide a robust solution for high and low overload applications. With an output of 5KW, this module offers a high overload capacity of 15KW for 200% at 3 seconds, 150% at 57 seconds, and 100% at 240 seconds under ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C. For low overload applications, it provides an output of 18.5KW for 150% at 3 seconds, 110% at 57 seconds, and 100% at 240 seconds under ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to +40°C.
The module is equipped with a built-in braking chopper that operates at 3AC500-690V with a frequency range of 47-63Hz. It also features an IP20 protection class and comes without a control unit and panel, making it suitable for applications where space is limited. The module measures 472 x 200 x 237 mm in dimensions and is approved for CU firmware version v4.7 HF8.
