The Synchronized Parallel Air Gripper, MHL2 Series is designed for applications requiring precise and reliable gripping. Featuring a double piston mechanism, this gripper provides a large amount of gripping force while maintaining a compact design. The fingers are synchronized by a rack and pinion mechanism, ensuring consistent and accurate operation. The MHL2 Series is equipped with double-end type oil-impregnated resin bearings with a metal backing for all shafts, enhancing durability and performance.
This gripper is ideal for a wide range of industrial automation applications, including assembly, pick-and-place, and material handling. The built-in dust-protection mechanism and scraper with a dust lip ensure reliable operation in challenging environments. Additionally, the MHL2 Series can accommodate auto switches at four different locations, providing flexibility in installation and operation.
