Product Description

The M12 connecting line is engineered for sensor and actuator applications, featuring a configuration of 4 poles and a length of 10 meters. It utilizes an M12 / M12 connection with a pin, straight - socket, and 90° orientation. The line is constructed from PUR for the sheath material, ensuring durability without halogen content.

With a rated voltage of 250 V and a rated current of 4 A, this line supports applications within a temperature range of -25°C to +80°C. The connector adheres to IEC 61076-2-101 standards and is classified with a protection degree of IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP68 when properly screwed in, making it suitable for various environmental conditions.

The cable features a core cross-section of 0.34 mm² and an outside diameter of 4.9 ± 0.2 mm. It maintains flexibility and resistance to bending with a minimum bending radius of 4 x cable diameter for stationary use and 7.5 x cable diameter for dynamic applications. Additionally, it is rated for 10 million bending cycles and is resistant to welding beads.

Notably, the product is compliant with environmental regulations, including REACH SVHC, and carries various approvals, ensuring its safe use in industrial environments.
