Product Description

This M12 connector cable features a 4-pole configuration and measures 3 meters in length, designed for robust connections. The housing material is constructed from PUR, while the threaded ring is made of diecast zinc. This cable is compliant with IEC 61076-2-101 standards and supports a rated voltage of 250 V and a rated current of 4 A.

Its protection degree reaches IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP68 when securely fastened, ensuring durability in various environments. The cable operates effectively within a temperature range of -25 to +80 °C for housing and -40 to +80 °C when stationary. The core cross-section is 0.34 mm², and the outside diameter measures 4.7 ± 0.2 mm.

With a minimum bending radius of 5 x cable diameter when stationary and 10 x cable diameter when in motion, the cable is suitable for dynamic applications. It has been tested for up to 2 million bending cycles and is resistant to hydrolysis and microbe effects.

This product is free from halogens and is designed to withstand oils and flame spread in accordance with pertinent IEC standards. Additionally, it offers high reliability with a pollution severity rating of 3 and a contact surface that is gold-plated for optimal conductivity.
