Product Description

This M12 connecting line is designed for reliable sensor and actuator connections. With a total length of 10 meters and a configuration of 4 poles, it utilizes a pin-straight socket connection at a 90° angle. The housing is constructed from PUR, ensuring durability across a broad temperature range of -25 to +80 °C.

In terms of electrical specifications, the line supports a rated voltage of 24 V and a rated current of 4 A. The connection is certified to IEC 61076-2-101 standards with a protection degree of IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP68 when properly installed. The contact surfaces are gold-plated to ensure optimal conductivity.

This line is suitable for various applications, with flexibility for both stationary and moving setups, featuring a bending radius that accommodates 5 x cable diameter when stationary and 10 x cable diameter when in motion. Additionally, it has been engineered to withstand up to 5 million bending cycles and is resistant to hydrolysis, microbes, and oils as per IEC 60811 standards.
