This sensor utilizes a modulated visible red light source at 660 nm, ensuring precise detection with a light spot diameter of approximately 1.5 mm at 20 mm.

Notably, the sensor has a compact design with dimensions of 31.4 mm in height, 13.9 mm in width, and 18 mm in depth, while its mass is around 10 g. The connection is facilitated through an M8 x 1 connector, featuring a 4-pin configuration. The device is constructed from ABS housing with a glass optical face, ensuring durability.

With an operating voltage range of 10 to 30 V DC, the sensor provides a push-pull output that is short-circuit and reverse polarity protected.
