Product Description

The resilient seated butterfly valve features a 3-way configuration, suitable for chilled or hot water applications, with a pipe connection size of 5 inches. It operates with an electronic fail-safe actuator, providing modulating control through a 2-10 VDC signal. The valve body is constructed from epoxy powder-coated ductile iron (ASTM A536), ensuring durability in various environments.

This valve's stem is made from 416 stainless steel, while the disc consists of 304 stainless steel, enhancing its resistance to corrosion. The seat material is EPDM, allowing for effective sealing with a leakage rating of 0%. Capable of withstanding a maximum operating pressure of 232 psi (1600 kPa) and a maximum media temperature of 250 °F (121 °C), this valve is designed for reliable performance in demanding conditions.

It is compliant with regulatory standards, including CE and cULus, and features an ANSI Class 125/150 flange compatible design with eight flange bolts. The valve's flow characteristic is modified linear, providing precise control, and it has a maximum differential pressure rating of 200 psi (1380 kPa). The actuator is rated NEMA 4X IP66/67 and includes a heater for operation in low ambient temperatures.
