Product Description

The 3-way resilient seated butterfly valve features a robust construction designed to accommodate various water systems, including chilled and hot applications. It utilizes a flanged pipe connection type and is compatible with ANSI Class 125/150 flanges. The valve body is made from polyester powder-coated ductile iron (ASTM A536), while the valve disc is constructed from 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.

Operated manually through a 7 mm hex crank, the valve includes 8 flange bolts with a 0.750-inch size and a bolt pitch of 10. It is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 232 psi (1600 kPa) and can handle media temperatures up to 250 °F (121 °C). The valve's leakage is rated at 0%, confirming its reliability for controlling media flow.

This model supports a flow coefficient of 1202 CV (1040 Kvs) and a valve rangeability ratio of 10:1. An electronic fail-safe actuator (MBE6U7SH/U), rated NEMA 4X IP66/67, is included and provides two-position and floating control signals. It is suitable for media that includes chilled or hot water with up to 60% glycol. Notably, the valve has a minimum operating ambient temperature of -22 °F (-30 °C) and a maximum operating temperature of 122 °F (50 °C). Regulatory approvals include CE and cULus. This valve is not intended for use with steam or fuels.
