The Retro-reflective sensor OJ5126 is designed for applications where space is limited, thanks to its particularly compact housing. This sensor offers a very long range and simple alignment due to its visible red light. The intuitive setting of sensitivity and output function ensures ease of use, while fast mounting is facilitated by mounting holes with robust stainless steel sleeves.
Featuring a polarisation filter, this sensor operates on the retro-reflective principle and is equipped with a PNP electrical design. The output function is programmable for light-on/dark-on modes. The sensor is protected against reverse polarity, short circuits, and overloads, ensuring reliable operation in various industrial environments.
With an IP67 protection rating, the OJ5126 is suitable for harsh conditions, and its housing is made of durable ABS material. The sensor includes a side lens alignment and a visible red light with a wavelength of 660 nm, making it easy to align. The sensor's detection zone ranges up to 2 meters when used with a prismatic reflector (Ø 80 E20005), and the range is adjustable.
This sensor complies with EN 60947-5-2 standards and has an MTTF of 854 years, ensuring long-term reliability. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -25 to 60°C and includes multiple LED indicators for switching status, operation, and function.
