Product Description
Lifecycle Status:
The TeSys U control and diagnostic unit is designed for advanced power bases LUB320, LUB380, forming a TeSys U starter controller. It provides comprehensive protection for 1-phase motor applications up to 7.5kW@400V.
This unit offers full protection to motors with a rated current of 8-32A (adjustable), overload tripping class 10, short circuit at 13 times the maximum current, and overcurrent at 14.2 times the rated current. It also includes protection against phase loss and insulation faults (equipment protection only).
The TeSys U control unit features a thermal overload alarm that can be used locally with a LUFDA module or remotely with a LULC module. A test push button is provided for simulating overload conditions.
This control unit requires a 24V DC voltage for the control of the starter through the control terminals A1/A2 located in the power base. It is certified when used in conjunction with a LUB power base (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), and complies with Green Premium standards (RoHS/REACh).
